6.5 hours is the official time limit they supposedly set.
At minimum last year, it looks like they stopped recording instances at the 9 hr mark. That will or might not have been the final individuals to complete the course.
But which was just 1 individual that didn’t receive inside inside 8 hours. The 9 hours individual could have been a specific case which produced plans ahead of time.
(Yes, big marathons set time limits like 6.5 hours, as well as do tend to begin starting roads, etc., on schedule. Those beyond the limit usually don’t receive medals either. However it’s not unheard of for those to not quickly throw individuals off the course at which point. It’s only not encouraged. Do train to complete the course in the quick walk pace of 6.5 hours, however don’t panic in the event you find oneself exceeding it day of. Those whom can’t manage the leisurely walk pace of 8 hours can’t handle the course plus are probably to require health attention and/or receive picked up off the course.)
Anyway, for many intents plus reasons, the answer to the query is 8 hours, nevertheless there aren’t a lot of them coming because late.
